i.ph is not just your ordinary Blogger or LiveJournal account, you could have your own Photo Album (i.Gallery) as well! You can use this to compile your memorable trips to tralala or just share them to your friends.
You'll have complete access on how you could share your photos. You can Hide the entire album or you could create specific users for your friends to let them view a private album. But restricting an album will not restrict images from being posted on your blog. For example, you have very disturbing pictures of yourself inside one of your private albums. You still can post this image on your blog but the entire collection can be restricted to friends or just yourself.
You can create different folder and albums for your vacation pictures, graduation, weddings, and more. You'll also have the chance to earn via your album but I haven't explored that option yet since I cannot activate my Pay4Access account.

It's difficult to move several photos though. If your have several photos in an album and would like to move them to a sub-album or another album, you have to move each picture manually. It would be easy for users if there is a check box on every photo to minimize the time to move a picture.
Posting via email is also available for your i.Gallery. This means that you can post your pictures via email anytime, anywhere, Mobiline! Woops! :D I encountered the same problem with blog email posting though. You still have to wait and reply to the email confirmation i.ph sends which will limit the possibility of posting pictures via MMS.
