(This entry is part of the i.ph Blogger Program)
i.ph is definitely made for beginners but will also appeal to professional bloggers. I have been encouraging my friends to start a blogger account since I started blogging in Blogger but most of them complained of the difficulty customizing even the preloaded templates Blogger provides.
You have to know at least simple HTML to even add a link to your blogroll and change some of the pictures and layouts. With i.ph, you don't have to know anything about HTML. It's basically copy and paste. You can even post blog entries via email!
i.ph also integrates with your favorite instant messaging client and even VOIP. Easy access for your readers if they wanted to contact you. i.ph already has a built-in tagboard so you don't have to sign up for a separate account and doing another copy-and-paste HTML code. You have the option to sign up for another one though.
Comments have spam filtering built-in also. Trackbacks also comes in bundled unlike Blogger. i.ph can be spoon fed to newbies and also be fully customizable to experts.
Finally, the best feature of i.ph is its Pay4Access that allows users to sell digital contents through their blog. I hope new payment gateways will be made available soon for non-paypal and non-globe subscribers.
So to those who have yet to have a blog, get your first blog at i.ph. You won't regret it.
