I recieved an SMSpam from Globe today announcing their newest call promo.

Only fr Globe! 10 centavos/sec Globe-Globe calls!Sulit kada segundo ang tawag mo! Dial:232+10-digit Globe#.Promo til Jan15.PerDTI#7181s05

This new rate is an addition to their current call and text promos but it would be nice if they make these promos permanent. Per second charging was possible after all... so what's with all the, "Per second is expensive and complicated for our part yada yada", they're claiming before?
