An Open Letter to Globe Telecom

Captain's Log Supplemental Stardate -317139.4
I've been a loyal Globe Handyphone Prepaid subscriber for the past 7 years and I've only changed my number once. I don't like my first number since it contains three consecutive 6 (0917-666xxxx). Luckily, I was able to swap my number for free at one of your business centers.
For the past 6 years, I've been using the same Globe Telecoms prepaid number and I've developed some kind of attachment to it. But the recent and rampant cellphone snatching made me realize that I might be saying goodbye with my 6 yr old number forever.
I usually take the bus to my soon to be office almost everyday and I've already witnessed 2 snatching incidents inside the bus. What if that happens to me? It will be very difficult for me to accept that the cellphone number that I've been using will be gone just like that.
Unfortunately for Globe prepaid subscribers, once your prepaid SIM card has been lost, it's lost forever. Unlike with Smart. You'll just have to present papers to prove that you're the original owner of the SIM card and they'll issue a new one with the same number.
Please Globe, do the same. Let us (prepaid subscribers) register our prepaid numbers so that if the SIM card got blocked via PUK or got lost somewhere, we could still use the same number. Give your prepaid users that "postpaid privilege". Let us retain our numbers. I've been part of the original myGlobe team and Sir Romy once mentioned that they're thinking of rewarding us with some kind of incentives. Now I'm asking for that incentive not just for myself, but for the entire Globe Handyphone Prepaid Subscribers.
Make this great idea, possible. Please.
