Spams from local telcos aren't limited to SMSpam from Smart Telecoms, these spams can also be in the form of pre-recorded messages from celebrities. Someone will call your landline phone and when you pick it up, you'll be greeted with, "Hi! Si Mickey Feriols ito... narinig mo na ba yung blah blah blah blah..." These are really annoying especially when you're busy with your work or chores. Yesterday, I received another pre-recorded spam from PLDT announcing that they've sent us a package containing a FREE SMART Buddy SIM Card and it will arrive in the next few days.

The package did arrive this morning. A shiny new Smart Buddy Prepaid SIM and instructions to enroll to the P10 unlimited PLDT to PLDT NDD and PLDT to Smart calls. A P10 call to Smart and other NDD-PLDT really is cheap and a practical way for people with relatives from faraway towns without any phonelines.

PLDT is serious in getting more subscribers to their fixed-line and wireless brands. Imagine sending free SIMs? But if they're really serious, they should have sent 10 SIM cards. We're a Globe family :)

I wonder if these SMART SIM cards are automatically SMSpam activated.

Aba aba aba op kors mga tsuming! Kelan ba hindi naging oportunista ang mga atsutsut na iyan? Kulang nalang e pakasalan ka ng mga iyan, pero sa gabi ng pulutan, este "honeymoon" ninyo, e hindi mo iyan ma i-in or out dahil titindahan ka muna nyan ng bagong sim cards!

Asus wag kayo mag tiwala sa mga iyan mga tsumiiing! Pag inaktiba ninyo ang sim na iyan, baga sabugan pa kayo sa inyong mga tenga! Paano na yan, hindi na kayo makakarining ng "We Belong Together" ahahay! Napapakanta naman tuloy ako mga tsumiiing!

Oy ha ang leytes tsika ay kasabwat daw ng Smart si Toni! Kakantahan daw ni Toni ang mga subskrayber ng WBT saka titindahan ng kung ano anong produkto na galing sa Smart! O hindi ba bonggacious ang taktika ng Smart sa masa?

Eniwey, dapat na ako mag playing playing in the air dahil iniintay na ako ni fadeer. Kitatsups mga tsumiiiing!
