oo na nagmumura ako sa mga tanga kong callers noon pero naka MUTE ako.. hahahaha never pa naman ako minura. aba tech support ako hindi CS.. kung ayaw sa akin eh di ibinabalik ko sa queue. :p

That Nixon guy sucks, parang bakla na nakikipag-away sa CSR.
pare 2 days lang na walang PLDT, kung sa ibang taong mas matalino yan gumamit na cguro yan ng ibang paraan like sa cellphone or what.
D ka naman ata talaga pupunta ng states e, ginagamit mo lang sa business mo yan.

isa lang masasabi ko. yan ang napapala ng mga taong mahilig magmura sa CSR, o ano nabigla ka nung namura ka? sana makatrabaho ka din ng customer related para maramdaman mo yung parati kang minumura.

In fairness to the CSR, mas naunang nagmura yung lalake sa other line. Kahit sinasabi nyang hindi nya minumura directly ang CSR, of course, the CSR being a woman will be affected.

Well, people should have phone etiquettes observed. Nakakahiya ang lalake na caller. Dinaig pa ang bakla sa pagpatol sa babae. Tsk.

@silver - pero trained sila dapat to handle those kinds of subscribers. Naglalabas ng frustration subscriber, hindi mo maiiwasan yun lalo na't hindi nya nakukuha yung serbisyong binayaran nya.

Babae man o hindi, kung minura ako eh mumurahin ko din yun. Ginawa tayong patas lahat diba? :D
