Captain's Log Supplemental Stardate -317920.37

Now this might explain how "accurate" PAGASA predicted the path of Super Typhoon Durian. They're using satellite images from National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration and are available to ANYONE who has internet access(Click to view satellite loop). And they're using a super sophisticated software to display the images -- Microsoft Internet Explorer plus Yahoo! Toolbar. Woohooo!
Don't we have our own weather satellites? Damn we're poor.

They didn't even bother to hide the toolbars for a public photo?
They're not only poor, they're stupid.
hahaha :))
Ah, yes, we ARE hi-tech. Yech.
@ Mike: They probably don't even know how.
Are you sure they know what a toolbar is?
Wait... maybe they're the ones who said there will be a tsunami and another super typhoon that will hit Albay!! Yes! News reported that last Saturday, December 2, news roamed about a possible tsunami and new super typhoon!
OH EM GEE, I pity those people in Albay who all ran TWICE (one in the morning, one late afternoon) because of a stupid report... (or rumour).
Well... let's not wonder, coz they're looking at a typhoon located in the other side of the world... Guam!!
BWAHAHAHA....
No offense but... well...
