Typhoon Reming (Durian) has caused hundreds of families to be homeless, hundreds feared dead, and hundreds hungry in Albay. Local groups have already responded to aid the victims. Those who would like to help, you can give your food / clothing donations to ABS-CBN Foundation Sagip Kapamilya at 13 Examiner St., South Triangle, Quezon City. For cash donations, you can deposit them at Equitable PCIBank Account Number 1491-04069-2. For more details, please contact ABS-CBN Foundation at Telephone no. (63)2-4110846.

To those who are located outside the Philippines and would like to help but cannot deposit directly to ABS-CBN's Equitable PCIBank, you can send your cash donations to me via XOOM's PayPal service. I've setup a XOOM account to accept your cash donations until December 19, 2006. On December 20, all the cash donations I will receive will be given to ABS-CBN Foundation Sagip Kapamilya.
