Internet company Yahoo! Inc. unveiled in the Philippines Tuesday a "first of its kind" initiative that targets millions of overseas Filipino workers.
Welcome to Pinoy Connect, a global initiative dedicated to overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and their families in the Philippines. This website is part of an educational campaign to build awareness of the options available for your communication needs at home and abroad. Be sure to register and share your story so we can improve this initiative.
Pinoy Connect has been developed by Yahoo! in partnership with the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), the Ayala Foundation’s GILAS program and the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP). You can access Pinoy Connect via this address: http://www.yahoo.com.ph/pinoy
