I finally decided to use my free P50 FADS credit to advertise my mobile phones. P50 will display ads 5,000 times for 2 days. When my ad was approved it lasted barely 15 minutes! If I really bought a P50 credit from Friendster, my ads would have lasted 14 minutes!! I do got a detailed statistics on the demographics but was my ad been clicked?? Or was it just displayed and wasted on those Friendster f00ls?
Oh wait! An email! Somebody clicked my Friendster Ad!!! Joy Joy!! -_- Faggot. Somebody actually clicked on my ad and thought I was selling two Nokia 6600, a Nokia 6310, a Nokia 5210, and a Sony Ericsson t68i (plus MCA-25 cam) for P2,000. Dumba$$. I posted the exact copy of my blog entry on FADS and it's clear that P2,000 is the worth of the MCA-25 camera attachment alone. Not the entire package. -_- So for P50, my ad was displayed on 5,000 pinoy friendster pages, then one of them responded, and sadly, a moron.
I wonder how many times was my ad clicked. I'll just spam my Friendster's bulletin board with my ads and attach a chain letter curse that would force my friendster friends to repost my ads on their board. Free ads. :~)
It's good to know that somebody actually saw and clicked my FADS. But I currently have no plans investing on this experimental project. Just imagine that my ad was actually displayed 5,000 times and I have no idea how many clicked it. If you have something expensive to sell, then go. Buy a P100 e-pin. Don't get too excited with the results though.
I might purchase a P100 e-pin when our online store launches. That's it. Unless they improve their ad tracking :)

Okay i'll stop flaming wrencelot, for now. I first saw wrencelot's name in Migs' Blog, promoting his new Web 2.0 project, HomePageKoTo.com. His post looked normal to me so I've checked the page out and my reaction was like.. (huh?) Well, wrencelot's site is definitely not Web 2.0 so I've just closed the page. After a few days, I've encountered wrencelot again, now in PinoyTechBlog. He was now promoting his online business directory, Hane.PH. The site's URL immediately caught my attention, so I bookmarked it. I can use it for my online store right? Too bad he didn't knew. Several months passed and i didn't bother reading any comments in PTB so I lost tracked of our favorite guy, wrencelot.
Then one day, Mon quotedone of my blog entries about Sigaw ng Bayan's 9 million site hits and posted it on PinoyTechBlog. A certain bloggementarist got offended with my nursing student comparison. So in the spirit of "world peace", I've explained clearly what I was trying to point out and to prevent anymore n00bish misuderstandings, I edited my original post. But this bloggementarist wouldn't stop. He started posting flamebaits. I posted a link to a PTB article where he insulted a technews contributor, then he asked me to look deeper. And so I did.
It turned out that bloggementarist is also wrencelot. Now this discovery got me interested with this guy. I remembered the Hane.PH bookmark and HomePageKoTo.com links and visited them again. And a few Google clicks, I ended up at Rebelpixel. Rebelpixel questioned our wrencelot's entry when he trashed the Filipino blogging community by generalizing, that the community is composed of self-centered individuals... HANE.PH KA TALAGA!
With the continuous off-topic discussions over PTB, the comment function was eventually disabled. This mini-debacle even caused some misunderstandings between me and Richard. He apologized and I accepted it, so we live happily ever after again, unlike wrencelot who still poses as an arrogant-s**t-su^DK jerk. A week after, I read that he was banned from Google Adsense and at the same time, overjoyed that Google "considered" his Hane.PH website for the Gmail's Hosted Domain.
oh my, everything is so fun today.. being accepted at googles gmail for your domain is so overwhelming I have to cut on my budget and treat everyone here at work for a pizza just for me to get over this feeling.. I want to shout, I want to laugh out hard, I want to jump for joy, sheesh!!!

I got this info from Mon. G-Talk users can now "Chikka-Talk" via Google Talk! This means that G-Talk users can now send SMS to Globe Telecoms, Smart Telecoms, and SUN Cellular mobile subscribers.
You must first add the recepient's number to your Google Talk client. To add, use the format 639XXXXXXXXX@chikkatalk.com. The user will now appear on your Google Talk contact list and will support the Chikka logo as their picture. I've tried to send an international SMS using ChikkaTalk, but instead I recieved this message: "1XXXXXXXXXX@chikkatalk.com is offline and can't receive messages right now."
As Mon said, previous Chikka rules still apply. So if a recepient does not reply with your SMS after 3 messages, you'll be barred to send more messages until he/she replies. I haven't tried it yet though.
I think I'll be using Google Talk more since Chikka's program is a resource hog. Now if only my Yahoo! Messenger friends would start migrating to G-Talk :) As you can see, I have less than 15 contacts on Google Talk, and most of them are offline.

yay, Hane.PH! has been kicked off from googles adsense due to invalid clicks.. well, no one to blame aside from me of course.. i guess i should have been more careful or extra careful.. anyway ive done some research about being banned at google and some webmasters are claiming that they did obey googles rules and they were still banned due to invalid clicks.. i wonder why.. not that i am not counting on being back to googles adsense anymore but i have a feeling that once you are banned, you are banned.. but still i beg to differ.. ill do my very best to get back to google adsense for advertising is the only thing i know users of Hane.PH! would truly appreciate..

Why base your conclusion on Google Help Groups? Not everyone's stupid as you to ask on Google Groups for a very simple MX configuration. P10 per 30 minutes internet browsing on 3G or GPRS connection and P1 per MMS sent to any Smart subscriber and P2 per MMS sent to other networks. With Globe? We're stucked with P5 per MMS and P3 per MMS (GenTXT members) and their stupid P0.15Kb/sec browsing rate.

BETA??? puta, shet, ni hindi pa nga dapat tawagan na alpha ang kahit ano mong nirelease na project… and kahihiyan ang nagdedevelop sa live server??? wala ka bang IIS sa desktop mo sa call center? or sa internet cafe?
