SUN Cellular CSRs Are Very Unaccommodating

This isn't the first time I had a bad experience with some of the incompetent and not-so-accomodating customer service representative from SUN Cellular. First, they violate one rule amongst their group, raising their voice on a subscriber. Second, providing stupid and pre-made scripts to subscribers while insisting their "nationwide" coverage.
Lalaine is currently at Salcedo, Luna La Union and before they left, I asked her to call the SUN hotline and verify the signal coverage on the area. The CSR she talked to said that SUN has a "nationwide" coverage so bringing her SUN line to La Union won't be a problem. Come 10AM today, I received Lalaine's last SUN SMS when they're 1 hour away from Salcedo. After an hour, I received a text from Lalaine's grandma (using Globe)... it was Lalaine and guess what, she lost SUN's signal approximately 30mins after her last SUN SMS to me.
I called SUN's hotline to complain and asked their coverage area, but instead of understanding the situation, the CSR (zen is her name) even raised her voice and insisted that SUN has a "nationwide" coverage and there are currently no problems in the area... O RLY?!

Apparently, she doesn't know the concept of cellsites. I repetitively asked her about some deadspots in the area since cellsites have limited range and all she could say (still raising her voice) is that SUN has a "nationwide" coverage. She then started to sound like a mindless drone and keeps on repeating her spiel.
Can't they have separate lines where one handles the ordinary calls from the ordinary Juan while the other line are engineers that understand the problem? It's really irritating to call someone for help when the person you're talking to is an HRM graduate while you're asking is about some signal problems that only an engineer could understand.
Of the three GSM operators in the Philippines, Globe Telecoms has the best CS. All of the CSRs from Globe I've talked to were accommodating, unlike SUN Cellular's drones.
