Captain's Log Stardate -315092.06

My grandmother has been constantly calling Maynilad's hotline since December 2007 to report a leak just in front of our gate. It's now February 2008 and still the leak has not been repaired. As of today, my grandma has been given 3 reports numbers to follow up.

I tried sending an SMS to their text hotline and still nada. Called them again the other day to follow up but the operator I talked to said that the leak has been repaired. WTF?!

Just imagine all the water that have been wasted from this leak for the past 3 months. Oh well, you know who's to blame if we have a water shortage this coming summer.
