ümobile's first hiccup

I don't know if my Jedi mind trick worked on Mike or he was just pitiful of me that he gave me a ümobile invite code the other day. Excited, I immediately used the code on ümobile's website. Upon reaching the third page of the online application form, the "NEXT" button mysteriously disappeared.
The missing "NEXT" button made it impossible to continue the registration process. Frustrated I checked the source code of the webpage and found another URL, startswithyou.com.ph. I tried using my invite code on that website and I was able to finish my registration with ümobile.
I received this email confirmation and was excited to login on ümobile's website. But ümobile's website won't allow me to login and keeps on redirecting my browser to the login page. I tried resetting my password and still no effect. I decided to email their customer service for support and within 10 minutes, I received a reply.

Technical support is fast, imagine I received a reply from Angelo in 10 minutes. Considering ümobile is owned by Smart and PLDT who are both notorious for their lack of customer service. Good thing is that CURE will be an independent company :). We exchanged a few more emails and he even called me on my Globe phone for assistance. If ümobile continues this kind customer service then... OOOHH HELL YEAH!
Unfortunately as of today, I still cannot login on ümobile's website. Sigh :~(
Hey ümobile, since you didn't invite me to your launch party at Rockwell, how about sending me an LG KU380 together with that free ümobile SIM? ümobile, you will give me my free LG KU380...
