ABS-CBN's XXX Exposes Victim's Identity

Well, sort of.
Last night, I was watching ABS-CBN's XXX featuring the video sex scandals that proliferate the internet and mobile phones. Of course these topics aren't new. Programs such as ABS-CBN's XXX or GMA-7's Imbestigador ocassionally feature individuals seeking assistance to stop their sex videos or photos from spreading.
One of the victims featured last night is a 20 year old girl. She's seeking the help of ABS-CBN to remove her nude pictures posted on a blog.
Her story started when she met someone (apparently a tomboy) inside a chatroom claiming to be an agent of a modeling agency abroad. The tomboy was looking for a lingerie model for her agency and this girl was a perfect candidate. But before she qualifies as a possible model, she must first submit her pictures... naked.
I don't know how this tomboy convinced this girl but she did send her pictures, dozens of them. And so her nightmare started. This tomboy turned out to be an extortionist of some sort.
The girl's nude pictures were posted on a blog a few days after. This blog shows at least 40 naked pictures and describing the girl as a "girl for hire". The blog also contains her complete name, addresses, contact numbers, school, and the "services" she's supposedly offering.
She then received a call (or was that a text or chat) from the tomboy demanding P100,000 (Tim Cumper is that you?). The tomboy was demanding 100,000 pesos or the pictures and blog will be circulated on the internet. ABS-CBN tried to do an entrapment but this tomboy is slippery than Ernie's rubber ducky. All means to communicate with this tomboy failed.
Mike Abundo often calls ABS-CBN as Philippine TV dinosaurs. And he's right. Throughout the interview, ABS-CBN blurred the girl's face and even altered her voice to keep her identity secret. But ABS-CBN made a big mistake. They showed a partial unblurred view of their monitor and I saw something "useful" to start my search.
It took me under a minute to find the blog (see screenshot above). So every efforts of ABS-CBN to protect the identity of the poor girl are all useless. I now have access to her pictures, address, numbers, school etc. I even found her Friendster account and Yahoo! email address. One of her addresses is just a few hundred meters away from my university.
And the probability of catching this "tomboy" becomes even slimmer since she managed to evade all the entrapments ABS-CBN planned. If that tomboy was watching XXX last night then I bet she'll be even slippier. Imagine, broadcasting that episode without even asking for the assistance of computer experts or even the National Bureau of Investigation.
Finally after exhausting all possible efforts, ABS-CBN decided to contact Google via email. And we all know that asking Google to remove a BlogSpot blog is useless.
Tim Cumper's website is still up and running despite repeated attempts of Ms. Noemi to contact Google. She even asked the help of Google Philippines' Ms. Aileen Apollo and still Tim Cumper's website remains.
I pity this girl. She asked the help of ABS-CBN who in turn exposes her identity accidentally. She was gullible enough to fall for this tomboy's trap. And finally, she's helpless since Philippine laws have no teeth on the world we call cyberspace.
Calling Senator Loren Legarda... Wanna help this young girl? :P

hindi ko inabutan yung storya sa tomboy, pero isa lang ang ibig sabihin n'yan kailangang kailangan nila 'yung istorya kaya kahit alam nilang makakasira sa pagkakahuli nung tomboy e inilabas na nila.. ayos!

The 20 year old girl was stupid. She should know that no true modelling agency would rely on chat rooms to find models.
I think there's more to this story than a simple "I've been tricked" excuse.
I think she's one of those people who go into chatrooms and try to sell themselves for a night. Unfortunately, instead of a normal horny male, she found a blackmailing scammer.
She's 20 and I'm sure she already isn't innocent about sexuality. She knows what men and women like. She's 20, yet, if what she is saying is true, then why didn't she confirm the modelling agency's status in the first place? Why in the world would a modelling agency from another country look for some unknown random woman from a far away place, and then ask for nude pictures? Things just don't add up.
Also, modelling agencies don't usually ask for nude pictures unless you are applying for adult modelling and not just for the typical commercial types.
What does being a lesbian have to do with the case here? I don't think being part of a third sex is an issue here, unless she's trying to tug at the hearts of the moralists. I just get closer into believing that she really thought she was gonna have a horny lesbian client, but instead, ended up getting blackmailed.
This 20 year old could really be a "victim", but not everything she says is true.
