Captain's Log Supplemental Stardate -315967.64
Smart Communications has launched a product specifically aimed towards our OFWs and to people who travel a lot. The Plug 'N Talk is a USB device that enables anyone to use their current Smart postpaid or prepaid SIM to call and text anyone while abroad for the price of regular calls and text.
All you have to do is plug your SIM card into the USB device, plug the device to your PC, install the software, connect to the internet and start making calls anywhere in the world for only P7.50 per min.
Plug 'N Text is similar to Globe's WebCall. In Globe's WebCall, all you need is to download and install Globe's proprietary VOIP software free of charge. (Read more about G-WebCall at Ka Edong's blog)
