I don't know if the caller is really a client of Citibank who is just having a really bad day or maybe she's like Tim Cumper who doesn't have any better things to do in life. In any case, her cursing is very inappropriate.

Ok. First - that call center guy, he handled it pretty well. Obvious.
Second - in fairness to the irate lady, if this call is true, this must have happened during the terrible bankruptcies here sa US - but then again, this caller is from the Philippines so di ko alam kung matindi ang drama nang Citibank in the Philippines yet I did no hear anything though, o baka naman lumagpas sa pandinig ko. Yet, 13k is 13k at mahirap hanapin yon so, in some ways i can relate to the caller's frustration = howevah! leche that's no reason in the world to act like that at all hahahaha
Pero haller! dapat matuto siyang rumespeto sa taong kausap nya kahit sa call center pa yun..Gee...over mega lack ng respect for other people...

unfortunately she's not a happy cumper, and to take note that she even didn't verify any information that is needed and the she keeps on screaming. we understand her frustration but if she's really educated she won't use profane words. the good thing is she denied that she's a filipino, cause filipino's are not like that. and one more question, if she's not a filipino as well as she hates philippines, why she's here in the philippines in the first place.

well ive been in the call center business for quite some time now...when im still an agent i also encountered those kind of irate customer. Maybe she is having a psychological problem coz she keeps on saying that "ninakaw mo na nga un passport ko P########### I## K#!" maybe she suffered in the US thats why she really needs medication or needs to see a psychologist. Still the rep is still a bit polite and controlling his emotion and not cursing the lady.........Ampersand Outsource Co......
and to the very pleasant caller, kung maibebenta lang ang mga mura mong malulutong, mas yayaman ka pa sa lapid's chicharon...your profit might even surpass the 13k you intend to withdraw.
hay pilipinas, marami kang anak na bayani, marami ka ring anak na baliw...
come to think of it, hindi lang naman dito sa pinas eh.
